Frat House - Anonymous employee AGAR Employee Review

Very small company with little room to grow. Small client base. Management always has 2-3 side projects unrelated to the business (opening restaurants, ect.) that make them very unavailable / out of touch of what is going on with the business. Management team is close friends and/ or related to several employees, thus office politics are out of control. Operates very much like a frat house full of bros. Their clients aren't very professional and neither are they. If you are looking for a place for professional development this is NOT the place.
