      I found Agco a great company to work for and I wish I hadn't left it If you work had you have great opportunities to go somewhere

      Cons

      Suffering from a downturn in the agricultural sector And as some other reviews mention higher management might need a change, so the company can keep up with the enormous changes that more automation will bring

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
