      Pros

      The people there are extremely nice and very capable.

      Cons

      No representation in leadership. AGCO does not simple care about minorities. If you’re a white male this company is amazing. If not, good luck. I would be surprised if less than 5% of the workforce is comprised of minorities. That is not an exaggeration. Leadership is also very old and not suited towards the younger generation

      - Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

      Cons

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
