Pros

Decent pay, good hours, that’s it. If I could give a zero I would.

Cons

- Lacking professional leadership - No incentives - Allow harassment - Speak up and you get shut down, held back, or fired. - If you’re not in their “yes man” group, they will fault you for everything one of the “yes men” say. - Management tells all of your business around the plant. - No respect for privacy. - Management will not resolve any real issues. - HR does not care to fix problems. - Management does not make any initiative to actually learn the floor process. - Management loves “pick me” people. - Management loves drama. - Management allows assemblers to damage units, with no repercussions. - If you weren’t best friends with everyone, you were targeted. - If you brought up concerns, you were just complaining. - They promote laziness. - They take advantage of hard working individuals, with no extra pay. - They promote drama. - Turn over rate is ridiculous. - They keep the lazy people and get rid of the good people who actually work. - NO communication about things that matter, ALL communication about drama. - They allow sexual harassment. - No correct SOPs. - Claim they are about safety, but promote people with very low knowledge of their job. - Lack of morals. - Lack of decency. - Lack of respect. - Lack of teamwork. - This plant went downhill fast, and it’s continuously going to do so.

- Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

Cons

- Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
