      As a firm, we try to create a rewarding work environment for our staff which will allow them to grow professionally. Unfortunately, we are not able to retain employees that fail to meet minimum obligations as employees such as showing up to work. The firm provides competitive pay, pays 100% of employee’s health insurance, and contributes to employees 401k plan.

      Pros

      I have been working at AGL for almost a year and have enjoyed it very much. It is a place that rewards hard work and takes care of its employees both in development and compensation. The senior management and team are a pleasure to work with and make work fun. There is a lot of growth with this firm and I cannot wait to see where we go.
