Poor Employer - Anonymous employee AGRANA Employee Review

Very poor leadership. This company is run by individuals who are determined to protect themselves. Education is poor/nonexistent. Trainees are regularly put in situations that have caused major accidents and or injuries. Employee safety is only important when corporate reps come around. Leadership will cut corners and take shortcuts when they can, whether to save money or to cut time.
