Eh - Production AGRANA Employee Review

I have NEVER seen HR hang outside with employees, smoke with them, talk about others in the open like the HR does here. Never. I think that's an absolutely horrible idea and it's very unnerving. Some jobs aren't as hard as others. The culture- "small town"...
