      Pros

      Formed strong bonds with the other part-time staff. Teachers are caring and dedicated. Somewhat flexible schedule, cute kids

      Cons

      - low pay - micromanaged (monitored via cctv, discord; manager has ability to control your computer) - need to hardsell the tuition brand + cold call parents - not appreciated and recognised for efforts unless tasks completed are dictated by manager - going the extra mile is not met with support - last minute instructions are given all the time - manager is uncontactable when problems arise - jobscope is different (much harder) from what is stated on recruiting website - pay is different from stated - subjective performance pay, not allowed to question it as it is at discretion of manager - 80 hour unpaid training needs to be done by CSO in free time. - all questions are met with "have you not watched the video?" despite claims of no blaming culture

      Pros

      It's been such a pleasant experience working at AGrader. Bosses and colleagues are helpful and supportive, always looking out for each other and providing guidance whenever necessary. AGrader is always striving to improve and do better, hence the company is always onto novel and interesting projects, which open up new rooms and opportunities for learning and self-improvement. Working hours and location are flexible, and micro-management is minimal, thus independency and self-discipline are keys for success here. Every employee's efforts are rewarded substantially as well.

      There is no major downsides in working here.
