- not appreciated and recognised for efforts unless tasks completed are dictated by manager
- going the extra mile is not met with support

- jobscope is different (much harder) from what is stated on recruiting website

- subjective performance pay, not allowed to question it as it is at discretion of manager
- 80 hour unpaid training needs to be done by CSO in free time.
- all questions are met with "have you not watched the video?" despite claims of no blaming culture
