      Time off is good. Benefits ok

      Cons

      No staff morale, no incentives, no recognition, no raises, NOTHING! Administration is top heavy in salary. Doesn't care about the little man. Haven't gotten a raise in 8 years but CEO gets 20k bonus🤔
