      - Lunch once a week - Snack and drinks in kitchen - A few nice folks

      Cons

      - Low pay and almost no annual pay increase - Favoritism - Sudden layoffs with no warning - Worse of all is the CEO - Poor bonuses - Office is boring - No team spirit
