small and rising company - Intern AICA Engineering Employee Review

Donot work with AICA,you can enquire with previous employees,all of them loose their salary and also without any reason they terminate employees and salary is delay for atleast 1 month. Most of the customer is dissatisfied with AICA.

For getting new works,they claim that they have some business in australia ,Singapore and other countries,but I think that they ever visited those countries and most of the arguments are fake and don't believe on them

Doesn't pay on time Have to beg for your own money Expects huge results with no support from company Heartless management According to them they don't want to take employees liability n wont pay them what they are entitled to. You will loose ur credibility with the customers or your own personal contacts. They expect everyone to work for them for free
