I value working closely with our employees on a daily basis to improve the quality of life for our patients. Each employee plays a vital role in positively impacting our patients and contributing to the overall health of our communities. This organization provides meaningful opportunities to learn and grow, both within our current roles and across other professional fields. We are also encouraged to participate in community events, including advocacy initiatives, parades, and the openings of new locations. Additionally, we collaborate with a wide range of businesses to support our patients and effectively address their needs. We maintain an open-door policy and actively encourage employees to share suggestions and address any concerns.

I do not perceive any disadvantages to working for AHF, as the organization consistently reflects the effort and dedication we invest through appropriate recognition and rewards.

I have had a very rewarding experience working at AHF Pharmacy. One of the things I appreciate most about the organization is the opportunity it provides for professional growth and advancement. Even early in my career, the organization recognized my potential, invested in my development, and provided opportunities that helped me grow into larger leadership responsibilities over time. I began my career here as an intern and later became a pharmacist, eventually progressing into leadership through hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous opportunities to take on new challenges. It has been very meaningful to work in an environment that values internal growth, operational learning, and employee development. What makes the work especially fulfilling is the patient population we serve. Many of our patients genuinely need support, and being able to contribute to their care while helping improve access to medications is something I take great pride in every day. The work environment can be fast-paced and demanding, but it also provides strong operational experience, exposure to innovative pharmacy workflows, and valuable collaboration across multiple teams and departments. Overall, AHF Pharmacy has been an organization where I have experienced significant professional and personal growth.
