now the company focus on life and work balance which is priceless in financial district. high level leadership team have many great ideas about how to transform the company. they offer training opportunities for all staff. You can meet some smart people there as well.
Cons
management team have hard time to improve the process. people skills are very importnant at its workplace. opinions/suggestions are not easy to get pass to senior management team. Political/power struggle takes priority in most cases instead of focus on project itself.
