      Good environment, design first, not bad. You will meet Good colleagues. Even u have chance do something whatever u want.

      Cons

      only one designer in the company. Just one. Bad organization. Sometime no directions. Expecting something coool without direction. Getting more be the domestic feel. No partners and associates. It's really big problem.
