While the manager himself seems reasonable and approachable, the dynamic beneath him feels overly controlled. Communication tends to follow a strict chain of command, where information is filtered upward with the mindset that no issues should reach management. Overtime is never compensated. CTO roams around at 10 AM and wants everyone to be on time but doesn't care when people work overtime. He is overly ambitious about AI.
