Thanks for your review. I’ll admit, the title made me smile and I’m happy to see you consider us a best employer! It’s our goal to provide Associates with more than just a place to work but a place where they can grow their career and give back to the causes they care about. Our technology teams are doing amazing things; from deciphering complex analytics, to applying measurement tactics and strategies, to building predictive models, we’re at the forefront of our industry. We know that, together we are at our strongest – and that together we can help shape the future of AIR MILES. I understand sometimes the work can be repetitive but it’s how we ensure accuracy in feature planning and coding within our solutions, applications, languages and platforms. We support our associates in their growth and ask that they deliver within quality standards and acceptance criteria by thinking creatively and presenting solutions to challenging problems. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
