6yI appreciate your feedback. You are correct; we have a diverse workforce and accessibility is at our core. AIR MILES is committed to supporting an environment where we embrace and celebrate our differences. Our culture, perks and technology are big factors in how we continue to disrupt, innovate and make an impact.
I’m sorry that your experience at AIR MILES did not match our intention of being the best place to work. We send out surveys and pulse checks to our Associates a few times a year because we know that the only way for us to continue to grow is by hearing from you about what’s going well, and where we have opportunities to drive positive change. From more clarity in your career path, to transparency in Leadership vision and communication to better learning and development opportunities, we take the time to listen and we put feedback into motion. As part of exploring your feedback, we plan on setting up chat sessions within the Client Services team to better understand what we’re doing well and make improvements where they’re needed.
