We have exciting plans on our 2022 agenda as well, can’t wait for you to hear all about it. Compensation in the Data & Analytics landscape as we know is incredibly competitive. At AIR MILES we rely on market data to ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive, reviewing market changes regularly, conducting a market review of our own roles on an annual basis and updating our salary ranges as necessary keep us in that competitive space. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
