AIRE Ancient Baths is the best company I have ever worked for. The team is really what makes this place special. After 2 years of working at AIRE, the team has become a family to me. Despite being a relatively new company, I feel that the intention to do things better is there and all the management team is working very hard to make it happen. Colin, our Director, is the most supportive, engaging and hard working, he really brings the whole team together. HR department works very closely with all employees which doesn't really happen in other companies. Front Desk department is the most friendly, positive, enthusiastic and dedicated. We have won the Spa of the Year by London Lifestyle awards in 2023 and it is a lovely recognition to all the employees for doing an amazing job.
