      Pros

      Since this was a start up, I had lots of opportunity to learn. Being legal associate, I got numerous chances to work with various high profile individuals which helped me with my interpersonal skills

      Cons

      Being a startup is both its pro and con. Since it was a startup, no proper hierarchy was maintained.
