Flexible schedule with regards to appointments, pto, emergencies. Laid back environment, really fun parties, nice updated office

At times high pressure, not as organized but leaves lots of room for creativity and suggestions so Im not sure its actually a con.

A lot of different cultures in the office, fun to be around. Nice office. Some good People with strong work ethic.

Terrible management. Promote the wrong people with 0 management skills. highly toxic environment, extremely unprofessional and hypocritical. They think no one is good enough, very high expectations with no work life balance. HR and leadership will not protect you against mediocre middle management. Men are treating women poorly and company is ok with it. Lots of affairs and employees bring their personal life into the workplace. Pay is average overall if you get good commission but the base salary is awful and way below market.
