      Pros

      There is a great set of people that work at the Corporate office. Very team oriented. Really like the benefit package. Looking forward to the Corporate office renovation project to be complete. It will look nice as well as be state of the art.

      Cons

      Going through the renovations has been challenging at times.

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
