Lots of monitoring is there. No corporate culture at all. Need to give training how to behave with employees. Marketing peoples just pass their time by listening music on gaana.com/ saavan.com or do gapshup, they laugh and shout on each other in their cabin and shout on rest employees as well for not working which is absolutely meaningless. If marketing people work hard then only rest team will work....but they just say "Market is down!!!!" and expect developers to work. How is it possible?!!!!!! 🙄 No growth for a highly skilled person. I recommend that if you are interedted in just doing job to earn something, then this is the best company to work with....
