      Gets you a foot in the door at some companies.

      Cons

      I've seen people get stuck and never make it internal. Pay is garbage Takes a very long time for them to try to get you a real job in the company.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
