      Too much daily meetings with manager Client is always give bad feedback People are good but bad in some way Fill attendance in 6+ excel & sheets No trainings at all, just do the work

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
