      Working from home is always a plus for me. Great team and managers.

      Cons

      They don't even give you a year to show what you can do. I was laid off or let go 2 weeks before Christmas whic surprised me.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
