      work life balance, on time salary, good PTOs

      Cons

      No compassion for employees, will be fired in a month if not able to meet sales target. Does not consider market conditions. Constant pressure to meet the numbers.

      The one good person I worked with left the company

      They didn’t pay me on time 3 of the past 4 pay periods. Went quite a while without getting paid.
