Very Bad Management - Software Engineer AKKODIS Employee Review

The Business Unit (BU) manager's leadership created a hostile and unproductive work environment. Poor communication and lack of direction resulted in frequent confusion and inefficiency. Favoritism and micromanagement were common, leading to low team morale. Little to no recognition for hard work, which made employees feel undervalued. Poor effort from the manager to find missions for us.
