If it's for you there is good pay for little work or effort and often poor performance seems to be unnoticed as long as rules are followed.
Cons
No job satisfaction and an awful ego led culture looking to continually protect a spot or the staus quo. No progression based on ability or competence. You won't be treated with respect without a sufficiently important enough title, so expect to be regularly talked down to ignored or insulted by middle & top management. Business approach is intensively restrictive so prepare to either stop thinking or have any proactive activities cut off or taken over by someone else who is more popular with leadership. Culture of lies, no transparency or honesty.
