Pros
Working at Aldi was great. My co-workers were friendly and my bosses were kind and accommodating. I was a hot mess when I started, especially with my ring speed, but they were patient with me and I improved a lot during my employment.
Cons
The environment was very hectic and it was common to be short staffed. This resulted in long lines at the register and not enough people working the floor. I do not believe this was management's fault, rather the shortage of retail employees due to the pandemic.
