¬No training ¬No support or backing by ownership ¬Was lied to multiple times on reimbursements ¬Owner takes all big accounts and pushes sales reps out of the way. ¬Owner is absolutely clueless on how to RUN a business and it'll show day 1 ¬No ethics from the owner ¬The company has been around 3-4 years and there hasn't been ONE single successful sales rep (other than the owner)...Not ONE.
