Pros
Nice people, including the managers. Led by people with principles and the determination to enshrine those principles into organisational culture. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Managers are humans - understanding and approachable, who genuinely like people.
Cons
Still a little behind the times when it comes to flexible working arrangements, although learning. Slow to embed new technology as part of normal working practices, but again trying to learn.

Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
