Pros

Location is in Fort Collins

Cons

The company in upper management did little to help me train in my role. I was told to receive training from the people that I was managing, that is absolutely no way to gain the respect of your employees. Additionally, when putting into practice what training I did receive from upper management, it was never good enough. Regarding their work load management, the company does not know when to turn work away. They will take on new work when they are literally MONTHS behind on the current work they have.

Thank you for your feedback. Training is an important part of the ALS experience we are looking to create. We recently added People development as a Core Value and have an experienced team of L&D professionals that are working to enhance our training programs. We apologize that your experience with ALS did not meet your expectations. We are continually working to improve and will take your comments on board. After further review some of the allegations in your post, it seems that work was turned away during the 6-month span you were with ALS after the soil project stretched from February through September.

Pros

Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

Cons

No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
