      Training available for all parts of the company. They will cover the cost of college for a course in the field. Steady wage rises. Pension scheme. Pizza Fridays.

      Cons

      Slow season during winter. Depending on where you work and how long you worked at the company your hours may be reduced to working only 3 days per week.

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
