Pros
Flexibility in hours is the best thing. Nobody has a set schedule. Show up when you want and leave when you want. There are not very high expectations so an apparent relaxed environment.
Cons
No training on chemistry performed or appropriate safety. Skills needed are never trained, but must be acquired from outside by hiring someone else. Turnover on the entry level is very high due to a long entrenched management team that is way over payed.
