      Pros

      Work with struggling learners and co-teachers. Its always good to help young people graduate. I just wish we could help without the time constraints.

      Cons

      A sweatshop for teachers, 10 hours a day with no break. Management philosophy, to much work for a teacher is better than not enough.

      Good pay with opportunities. There are always openings.

      Cons

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
