      Entry into industry and gaining experience. Co-workers are lovely.

      High staff turnover due to micromanagement. Stressful job due to bad management. Unrealistic goals in terms of productivity. Minimal pay.

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
