      Collaborative, secure, they won't fire you unless you're exceptionally bad at your job

      Cons

      No room for growth, excessive workloads, no room for work life balance, co-workers are very "stuck in their ways" and are not encouraged to learn new things.

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
