Pros
Refreshing to work for an employer that seems to really care about their employees. Great benefits and generous time off. Alstom also is taking steps to continue growing in the industry.
Cons
Company has a tendency to make processes overly complicated. Time can be better off solving problems that have a bigger benefit to our company and customers rather than laboring through a presentation or form that has redundant information.
