Pros
Its a stable job and you really have to mess up to be fired. Its decent money for most new tier 3 college grads but not great for the cost of living in Bangalore unless you make some quick promotions (yearly hike is not that great!)
Cons
Its a traditional company and the Indian management, especially hr at my time went extremely stringent with their timings, work culture and salaries. Hope that has changed now. I've also seen some bad decisions (a series of them) being implemented on a country-wide scale that didn't even make sense financially. This might sound like a common problem in India in the IT sector but the expectations set were different, especially with an MNC of this stature and domain.
