- Low salary and growth;
- Undefined career path (mostly managerial/business);
- Poor to no technical career path (especially in IT);
- Pure consulting: few to no internal projects, mostly body rental (except few good customers that you can join, few interesting other customers/projects);
- Specific to french agencies: even if not formally needed, french language becomes soon mandatory: most of the available clients are french speaking only; the real advantages of consultancy (change often, try many interesting projects) are this way lost, if not able to quickly catch up with the language;
- Difficult to be listened and helped in case of real issues; cannot easily change mission if not liked, money come first;
- Poor care and consideration of the employees; not human-centric;
- Often illogical decision are taken against the interest of employees (often forcing them);
- Micromanagement, and unnecessary heavy managerial structure (lots of paperwork, lots of approvals, lots of project managers to report to, resulting in unnecessary and frustrating situations, and also difficulties in taking initiatives or improving efficiency and growth);
- Poor company culture;
