Pros

Well before telling you pros which are not much , let me tell you there are two business first B2B and second is B2C. Now if you are applying for B2B it'd be a good option since they provide good package, not extended working hours, flexible timing, incentives. There NO PROs for B2C employees.

Cons

Well B2B employees want some more fun Friday's and some more extra fun! Duh?!.. I've working here as lead generation expert in B2C since near about 7 months and it's been worst experience. 1.First they don't let you take any leaves even if you are sick you'll have to come to office to actually prove that you are not lying. 2. Target get changed everyday according Senior manager if he thinks that you are not doing justice to your job. No fixed target. A LOT of pressure if target is not achieved 3. Extended working hours, even if you are achieving your daily target but if floor target for the day is not complete then you'll have to come 2 hours early to job of 9 HOURs job and leave 30 min late, seriously what the hell? 4.Break Skipping, This ones great here, "you have this target in this specific time before break time and you'll have to complete it, or NO breaks but if you are reaching nearby that target you'll get half the break", that's what you'll hear from your team leader after every friggin break. 5.No holidays, Don't know about the past but since the time I've started working here there was only one holiday which is a US Labour day on Monday in Sept but then again we had to come to the office on Saturday to compensate for that holiday! And you know what, we had pleasure of working here even when the whole world was celebrating the Christmas, NO holidays there too.. 6. No extra curricular activities like briefing and traning sessions, sports activity, fun friday, etc 7. Above cons are only applicable to you if are planning to work for B2C in lead generation But if you are interested in working as BDM in B2B go on and apply but for B2C department think about the above points and then decide and if you are looking for my recommendation then you know obviously what that is!...

Pros

I joined the organization as a fresher, with limited exposure to corporate culture. Over time, this experience has significantly contributed to my professional and personal growth. I have had the opportunity to develop new skills, enhance my understanding of workplace dynamics, and gain better insight into my own strengths and areas for improvement. The company places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and development by conducting structured training sessions on a monthly basis. These sessions have been instrumental in fostering both personal and professional growth, enabling employees to stay aligned with evolving industry standards and expectations. Additionally, the organization promotes a fair and transparent growth culture through internal job postings conducted every three months. These opportunities are open to all employees, regardless of tenure, ensuring that career advancement is based on capability, performance, and potential rather than just experience. As part of the operations team, I have also benefited from the guidance and support of highly professional and approachable reporting managers. Their leadership style encourages learning, accountability, and collaboration, creating a positive and growth-oriented work environment. Overall, my journey so far has been enriching, providing me with a strong foundation to build a successful career while continuously evolving both professionally and personally.

Cons

I do not have any specific concerns regarding the organization, as it has contributed significantly to my growth in ways I had not anticipated.

Pros

AMI has provided a stable and growth-oriented work environment over the years. One of the strongest aspects of the organization is the opportunity to learn and take ownership of responsibilities. The company encourages teamwork, accountability, and operational discipline, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally during my tenure as a Team Lead. The management is approachable, and there are good opportunities to develop leadership and people-management skills. The organization also gives exposure to handling challenging situations, process improvements, and team coordination, which helps employees gain valuable experience. The work culture promotes collaboration across teams, and colleagues are generally supportive. Employees who are proactive and willing to learn can build strong domain knowledge and long-term career stability within the company.

Cons

Expanding structured training and workload planning would help maintain high employee engagement and satisfaction during rapid growth.
