No work life balance, bad corporate communication, no attainable incentives, bad bonus structure, no support from upper management, inventory overload, must work 6 days a week during holiday season (Nov and Dec) must work at least 44 hours every single week, must work one open to close per week. No summits or team building ever. Stores closing left and right.
