Busy workplace. Great to work as a newbie in the industry. Lots to learn. Some good staff.

You'll be lowballed with your first offer. Systems are pretty prehistoric compared to other companies in construction. Workforce is pretty diverse. IT needs a complete rehaul. Employees have a lunch every month as a boost - Bottom of the barrel stuff.
