Pros
Free movies, good benefits once you get to manager & above, lots of opportunities to move around the country once you become a Senior Manager/General Manager.
Cons
VERY political. Advancement opportunities are sometimes limited to "who you know" not "what you know." What's the official policy is not always what actually happens. Very cliquey the higher up you go. Currently not a lot of trust in the executive team for various reasons.
