Pros
You get free food when it’s close to being outdated. Some of the people are very nice. You get paid vacation. You get a 401(k) and you get insurance through work.
Cons
Management doesn’t really put his foot down and deal with issues. People can come to work drunk or high and nobody cares. It’s hard for them to get workers so they’ll continue to hire people they fired in the past a few times. Corporate won’t raise their starting wage from 12 or $13. There’s no sick leave so you have to use your vacation time. No training for new people.
