      Pros

      Strong compensation: Base pay, bonuses, and RSUs are competitive and attractive.

      Cons

      Sustained high pressure: Senior roles often involve nonstop context switching, heavy meeting loads, and cross-time-zone coordination. Work-life balance can be difficult: Expectations at higher levels can become unsustainable long-term, especially when juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

      Pros

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Cons

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
