Pros
- management is driven to grow and take market share from Intel - good RSU and bonus when times are good - management generally very supportive - people are mostly too busy for office politics in past few years, which is good
Cons
- new server chips with Italian names had a lot of issues as the company takes the lead for the first time - lots of new customers and hence new learning curves - company seems to be deeply tied to China, with X86 joint ventures and other dealings with sensitive Chinese companies with state backing
