      Cons

      work life balance, there isn't much balance, all work. company does well, but you wouldn't know it by the bonus/stock/salary increase budgets.

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
