      - Everything depends on your manager. If you have a cordial relationship with them, then you are golden.

      Cons

      - Startup culture with less pay - No value for diligence and talent - Salary is below average compared to industry standards - No work-life balance (depends on your manager)

      Pros

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Cons

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
